I bought some everything but the bagel seasoning from trader joe's a few months ago because I love everything bagels but haven't used it much besides on celery and cream cheese. These biscuits from Smitten Kitchen's new book were amazing. I love how the cream cheese is mixed into the biscuit dough so you get this little pockets of cream cheese throughout the biscuit.

5 T everything but the bagel seasoning mix
2 1/2 c flour
2 1/2 t baking powder
1 t kosher salt
4 T butter, cold, cut into small cubes
4 ounces cream cheese, cold, cut into small cubes
1 cup buttermilk (I had to use lemon juice and milk)
Heat oven to 450. Line baking sheet with parchment. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and 1 tsp salt. Scatter the butter and cream cheese over the dry and mix in with fingers until it resembles rubbly sand. Add the milk or buttermilk and stir until just combined, with the dough clumping together.
Drop the dough in about twelve equal mounds, one at a time into the everything seasoning. Space evenly on baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 12 minutes.
