1 C flour
1 T sugar
1/4 t salt
4 large eggs
1 1/2 C whole milk
3 T melted butter
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Let rest for 15 min.
2. Heat a 12 in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and spoon 1/3 C batter into pan and swirl around until the batter has spread to the edges of the pan.
3. Flip when the edges have browned and cook for about 30 more seconds.
4. Fill with nutella and serve with raspberries and powdered sugar.
I usually double this recipe because I inevitably have some turn out poorly and then you have enough batter for the whole family.
