Blueberry Muffins

From Undercover Weightwatcher


2 C flour

1 T baking powder

1/2 t salt

3/4 C sugar

1/2 t cinnamon

2 eggs

1/4 C veg oil

1 C milk

1 C blueberries

Preheat oven to 400. Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Pour the wet into the dry and mix just until combined. Add heaping cup of blueberries. Pour into muffin tin lined with paper liners. Makes about 14 muffins. Cook for 15-18 minutes.
